Organic certified products bearing the European logo contain at least 95% organic ingredients, and the remaining 5% meet extremely strict and detailed requirements.

You will also find natural foods and drinks, whose manufacturers certify the natural origin of their products and that they do not contain artificial additives.

Did you know that... The first graduated Bulgarian doctor Marko Pavlov founded the first pharmacy in our Bulgaria with the name "Lekarnya" in 1822, which later, at the end of the 19th century was renamed the "Bee" Pharmacy (Lekarnya “Pchela”).

The first pharmacies in Veliko Tarnovo were also the first pharmacies in Bulgaria. Until 1822 the health of Veliko Tarnovo`s residents was the concern of the “hekims” (non-graduated doctors), their assistants, called “jerahs”, the herbalists, who were called “akhtari”, and the billers - Greek sellers of medicines and herbs.  There was no need for them to have a medical education, to have a document for practicing the medical profession or for the preparation and sale of medicinal products.
