 Ingredients per serving (10g): 10g carob pudding mix (1 heaped tablespoon)
100ml liquid for a solid texture or 150ml for a creamy texture (milk, plant-based drinks or water)
Sweetener of your choice

Easy preparation method:

In a bowl, mix 10 g of pudding mix with about 20 ml of liquid. Stir until completely dissolved. Heat the remaining liquid in a saucepan, adding your desired sweetener. Stir until the sweetener dissolves and the liquid boils. Reduce heat to low and slowly add the dissolved pudding mix to the heated liquid, stirring vigorously. Continue stirring until the pudding thickens. Pour into a dessert bowl and serve hot or cold. You can also use it as a filling for homemade pastries.
