Elderberry comes from the large shrub of the same name. It is not suitable for raw consumption. Seeds, green parts of the plants and unripe fruits contain a glucoside that splits hydrocyanic acid and therefore has a toxic quality. By blending and cooking the fruits, the toxic components are eliminated. Elderberry juice is rich in potassium and vitamin C. Elderberry juice supports the normal functioning of the immune system.

Ingredients: Organic elderberry fruits. Recommended daily intake: twice a day, 15 ml.
