Blackberries have a very rich composition: vitamins A, B1, B2, E, C, PP, iron, fructose, sucrose, glucose, tanning and pectin substances, bioflavonoids, organic acids: citric, tartaric, salicylic, apple, tocopherol and nicotinic acid, mineral substances: manganese, copper, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium.

Blackberry is well known for its anti-inflammatory and general immunostimulating properties.

There is evidence that regular use of blackberries and their derivatives can slow down and stop the development of cancer cells.
Blackberry is an excellent antioxidant and has a beneficial effect:
- on the central nervous system
- to improve the quality of sleep
