CALMING TEA

**Benefits**: Our herbal tea supports the body's normal functioning during periods of nervous exhaustion. It is helpful for symptoms associated with menopause, headaches, anxiety, insomnia, and feelings of fear.

**Usage Instructions**: Add 2 tablespoons of the herbal blend to 500 ml of boiling water and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Afterward, strain the mixture. Consume 150 ml three times a day following meals. The tea can be enjoyed at room temperature or chilled.
