Liverbalance combines 9 highly concentrated Ayurvedic extracts, including andrographis, picrorhiza curao, chanca piedra and punarvana, for liver cleansing and regeneration. The ingredients work synergistically, providing detoxification, protection from oxidative stress and stimulation of bile secretion, supporting the overall health and balance of the body. Prevent fatty infiltration (excessive secretion of lipids, triglycerides, etc.) in liver cells, protect against damage induced by alcohol and drugs, stimulate bile flow.
Prophylactic intake of the product supports liver function, activates detoxification and regeneration processes, supports metabolism!
Dr. Nature recommends it for support in:
Liver diseases such as hepatitis, cirrhosis, fatty liver disease and autoimmune disorders.
Accumulation of toxins from alcohol, drugs, polluted environment or chemicals.
Impaired bile secretion, difficulty digesting fats and gallstones.
Inflammatory processes in the liver and bile ducts causing abdominal discomfort.
Elevated liver enzymes (ALT, AST, GGT) due to toxins or inflammation.
Skin problems such as acne, eczema, itching or a yellowish complexion.
Chronic fatigue associated with difficulty cleansing the body.
Prevention of damage from stress, poor diet or toxic substances.

How does Dr. Nature Liver Balance
The ingredients in Dr. Nature Liver Balance have been carefully selected, and the combination of extracts works synergistically to support detoxification, liver cell regeneration and optimization of metabolic processes.
Andrographis (Andrographis paniculata), called the “king of bitters”, impresses with its bitterness, which comes from the high content of andrographolides – diterpene lactones with powerful anti-inflammatory and detoxifying properties. In Ayurvedic medicine, the bitter taste is associated with stimulating digestion, bile secretion and the elimination of toxins. Andrographolides improve liver function by activating detoxification enzymes and reducing inflammatory reactions by inhibiting NF-κB.
Chanca piedra (Phyllanthus niruri), known as the “stone crusher”, gets its name from its traditional use for dissolving kidney and gallstones. Lignans such as phyllanthin and hypophyllanthin not only prevent the aggregation of calcium oxalate salts, but also improve the body's antioxidant capacity by increasing the levels of glutathione - a tripeptide composed of three amino acids - glutamic acid, cysteine and glycine. It is one of the most important intracellular antioxidants in the body and plays a key role in maintaining cellular health. Thus, Chanca Piedra protects liver cells (hepatocytes) from oxidative stress caused by toxins.
Picrorhiza kurroa is the "treasure of the Himalayas" - an herb that grows at an altitude of over 3000 meters and is used in Ayurveda for its hepatoprotective properties. Its active iridoids, picrosides and cucurbitacins protect liver cells from lipid peroxidation, stimulate their regeneration and promote bile secretion.
Punarvana (Boerhavia diffusa), or the “herb of renewal,” gets its name from its ability to restore organ function, especially the liver and kidneys. Its alkaloids such as punarnavin and flavonoids stimulate diuresis, reduce inflammation by inhibiting COX-2, and improve the elimination of toxins.
Blue gall (Cichorium intybus), or chicory, is known for its richness in inulin, phenolic acids, and coumarins. In traditional medicine, the plant is used to improve digestion and bile secretion. The coumarins in its composition stimulate microcirculation, ensuring a better supply of oxygen to the tissues, and the inulin promotes fat metabolism.
Purple marigold (Tephrosia purpurea), called the “protector of the liver,” is a plant rich in flavonoids and saponins that strengthen the membranes of hepatocytes. It also promotes regeneration and reduces inflammation by improving lipid metabolism and stimulating bile secretion.
False daisy (Eclipta alba), or the “white daisy of Ayurveda”, is valuable for its coumarins and flavonoids, which stimulate the synthesis of liver proteins and the regeneration of hepatocytes. The herb also reduces the accumulation of fat in the liver by improving lipid metabolism. Its action is complemented by neem (Azadirachta indica), called the “tree of life”. The extract is rich in azadirachtin – a powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory agent. Neem leaves also contain flavonoids that neutralize free radicals and reduce inflammatory processes in the liver. Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia), known as the “nectar of immortality”, is one of the most valuable adaptogenic plants in Ayurveda. Its active compounds – terpenes and alkaloids – stimulate the regeneration of liver cells and strengthen the immune system. Guduchi also aids in the storage and release of key nutrients from the liver.
