Frankincense essential oil

- Quantity in milliliters: 10ml
- Essential Oils
Information
Reduces anxiety and stress – the oil contains incensol acetate, which has been studied for its positive impact on the limbic system when inhaled (including hospital environments). When inhaled or diffused, this compound affects the amygdala, the emotional center of the brain, reducing the feeling of stress and anxiety and promoting relaxation. Support for inflammatory processes – frankincense contains boswellic acids, which are potent inhibitors of 5-lipoxygenase - one of the main enzymes, the increase of which is observed in inflammation in the body. The compounds in the oil naturally suppress the activity of this enzyme. Improves mood and concentration – the oil has calming, grounding and sedative properties. Encourages deeper breathing, which helps with focus. Improves emotional balance, reduces cortisol levels, bringing a sense of inner harmony and peace.
