Action: Beneficial as a laxative, diuretic. Senna gives a laxative effect 10 - 12 hours after taking the herb. The effect is mild, painless and is not followed by constipation.

Directions for use: According to individual needs, one to three filter bags are boiled for 5 minutes with 300 ml of water or infused for 10 minutes with 200 ml of boiling water. The tea is drunk pleasantly warm or at room temperature, preferably in the evening, before going to bed. The laxative effect occurs in the morning.
