How to use in combination:
Morning: after meals take 25 drops of Propolis tincture dissolved in 100ml water, one Elderberry, Echinacea, Hydrastis capsule and a cup of Thoracic Tea. Lunch: after a meal take 25 drops of Propolis tincture dissolved in 100ml of water, one capsule of Elderberry, Echinacea, Hydrastis and a cup of Thoracic Tea. Evening: before meals take one capsule of Colostrum with a cup of Throat Tea.
