L-METHONINE

It has antioxidant, antiallergic and detoxifying effects, and promotes liver function. L-methionine protects and helps prevent the depletion of glutathione, which is involved in the neutralization of toxins in the liver, therefore protecting it from the damaging effects of toxic substances. It is a good source of sulfur, which protects the body from free radicals, as well as from skin and osteolysis problems.
