Lavender essential oil

- Quantity in milliliters: 10ml
- Essential Oils
Information
Reduces anxiety and insomnia (one of the best-studied oils in these cases) - its compounds interact with the GABA ergic system of the brain and reduce the overactivity of the central nervous system, regulate breathing and improve mood.
Improves sleep quality - facilitates relaxation of the body for sleep, lowers heart rate and adrenaline/arousal.
Relieves minor pain and headaches - affects GABA receptors and calcium channels, thus nerves become less excitable and the pain signal weakens. Promotes skin healing (minor burns, bites) - the linalool and linalyl acetate contained in the oil have an anti-inflammatory effect and support skin regeneration.
How to use:
- inhalation (add to hot water or diffuse into the air and inhale the vapors)
- locally - diluted in a base oil up to 1–2% (up to 1% dilution: 2 drops of essential oil in 10 ml of base oil - approximately 2 teaspoons; up to 2% dilution: 4 drops of essential oil in 10 ml of base oil). Massage the desired areas, neck or temples in case of headache.
