Organic French sea salt, fine

Our French sea salt comes from the island of Ile de Ré, which is annually awarded for the cleanliness of its shores. The salt is extracted by naturally drying seawater in clay-bottomed lakes. This way it remains rich in minerals such as calcium, potassium, magnesium, copper, iron, zinc and iodine. This salt has a high moisture content, a typical grey colour and a mild taste.
Recommended use: In any dish where salt is usually added.
