Organic herbal lemon balm tea

Ingredients: dried lemon balm

Properties: has a calming effect on the nervous system, has an antispasmodic effect, stimulates appetite and digestive processes, suppresses nausea and vomiting, lowers blood pressure and helps with dizziness and headaches.

How to consume: bring water to a boil and let it cool for 2 minutes before pouring over the tea bag. Steep the herbs for 5-10 minutes before consumption.
