Relieves tension headaches (locally) - menthol relaxes muscles and reduces pain.
Reduces nausea - relaxes stomach muscles and blocks serotonin receptors that cause vomiting.
Improves concentration and alertness - stimulates blood circulation and increases oxygen flow to the brain. Relieves muscle pain - menthol relaxes muscles and reduces pain.
How to use:
- inhalation (add to hot water or diffuse into the air and inhale the vapors)
- locally - diluted in base oil to 0.5–1% (up to 0.5% dilution: 1 drop of essential oil in 10 ml of base oil - approximately 2 teaspoons; up to 1% dilution: 2 drops of essential oil in 10 ml of base oil). Massage temples, neck, muscles.
Note: Carrier oils are used to dilute essential oils, which can irritate the skin if applied undiluted. The most commonly used are: jojoba, avocado, argan, apricot, grape seed, sweet almond, coconut oil, olive oil, peach, etc.
Contraindications:
Before use, do a sensitivity test in the crook of the elbow.
Avoid contact with eyes, ears, nose and mouth.
Do not use on young children or near their face!
Do not use by children, pregnant women, nursing mothers without consulting a doctor.
Do not use undiluted.
Storage conditions:
Store in a dry, cool and dark place, out of reach of children.
