Improves respiratory function - the pinene contained in the oil helps to relax bronchial muscles, opens the airways and facilitates expectoration.
Antiseptic effect on the respiratory tract - the pinene contained has antibacterial and antiviral properties.
Mild stimulating effect for fatigue - improves blood circulation, increases oxygen flow.
How to use:
- inhalation (adding to hot water or diffusing into the air and inhaling the vapors)
- locally - diluted in a base oil up to 1–2% (up to 1% dilution: 2 drops of essential oil in 10 ml of base oil - approximately 2 teaspoons; up to 2% dilution: 4 drops of essential oil in 10 ml of base oil). Massage the desired areas, chest or back.
Note: Base oils are used to dilute essential oils, which can irritate the skin if applied undiluted. The most commonly used are: jojoba, avocado, argan, apricot, grape seed, sweet almond, coconut oil, olive oil, peach, etc.
Contraindications:
Before use, do a sensitivity test in the crook of the elbow.
Avoid contact with eyes, ears, nose and mouth.
Do not use by children, pregnant women, nursing mothers without consulting a doctor.
Do not use undiluted.
Storage conditions:
Store in a dry, cool and dark place, out of reach of children.
